Yanchong Karen Zheng is currently an assistant professor of operations management at the MIT Sloan School of Management. She received her B.S. and M.S. degrees from Tsinghua University in China, and her Ph.D. degree from Stanford University. Karen's Ph.D. dissertation investigates the roles of trust and trustworthiness in supply chain management. Her research interests include behavioral operations research, consumer bounded rationality and its implications for revenue management, sustainability issues in operations management, and experimental economics.
